Dear Brods and Sisses:
I am Betan Saturnino C. Carranza, AUL 86A. Brod Ninoy
for short.
I come before you to let you know about my concern. I
have a Rheumatic Heart Disease since I was a child. Last
2006, I was confined last December 22–24, 2006 at the
Sorsogon Medical Mission Group Hospital and Health
Services Cooperative due to my Transient Ischemic
Attack. According to my attending physician as per his
recommendation, I have to undergo a heart operation.
Seeking additional opinions about my ailment, I
approached a fraternal brother in the name of Dr.
Roberto Castro of Ospital ng Muntinlupa and Asian
Hospital at Alabang, Muntinlupa City. He gave me the
same recommendation. I also went to Philippine Heart
Center was able to see Dr. Rosella S. Arellano, and Dr.
Nelson Lee. They gave the same opinion.
So I asked how much I have to spend if I would undergo
the said procedure. I was told that I have to prepare at
least 400 to 500 thousand pesos. Deep inside, I cried
for I am determined to undergo heart operation but where
can I get that big amount. I hope I could be operated
come First Week of May 2007.
With deep concern, humble heart, and great desire to
undergo said procedure, as a brother I appeal to your
generous heart for financial assistance and prayers.
